Our user-centered approach started with a deep understanding of who our audience is and what their needs are. Katie McCurdy, our co-UX designer, lead a series of research exercises including surveys, group discussions, one-on-one conversations, and usability tests. These invaluable insights established the foundation for our design—assuring every decision had a clear intention.
